Welcome.
Hi, I’m Lindsey. I’m glad you’re here.
Many of the people I work with appear to be holding things together on the outside while feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside. You may be experiencing chronic stress, burnout, or a sense that something in your life or career no longer feels aligned. Often, clients come to therapy during periods of transition or uncertainty, or when they find themselves questioning their direction, relationships, or sense of purpose.
I specialize in working with adults, couples, and children experiencing anxiety, trauma, and nervous system dysregulation. Together, our work focuses on helping you feel more grounded and connected to yourself, while building greater clarity and self-trust in your daily life.
My approach is integrative, humanistic, and trauma-informed. I draw from psychodynamic and relational therapy, EMDR, somatic interventions, mindfulness practices, parts-based and evidence-informed approaches. I believe lasting change happens when both emotional patterns and the body’s stress responses are addressed, and when clients feel seen and heard in a meaningful way. Our work moves at a pace that supports safety and choice, which allows space to understand and process long standing patterns and develop practical tools for change.
At its core, therapy offers a different kind of relationship. One where you don’t have to manage or figure everything out on your own. My role is to provide a consistent, collaborative space where you can explore what’s no longer working and move toward greater clarity and aligned by reconnecting with yourself. A place where you don’t have to perform and we can be curious together about your experience and explore the meaning behind it.
I hold a Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and am EMDR trained through an EMDRIA-approved institute. I’m committed to ongoing professional development so I can continue offering thoughtful, effective, and up-to-date care. Outside of my clinical work, I value time in nature, spending time with loved ones, travel, live music, and cuddling on the couch with my kitty.
If you’re feeling stuck or at a crossroads, therapy can help. I’d be glad to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
